Submit an Event

Events can be sent to the FOH staff using this form, once approved your events will be posted on the website. The fields are for the most part self explanatory. The option to start at an odd time must still must fall between the normal convention hours of 5 to midnight on Friday, 9am to midnight on Saturday and 9am to 2pm on Sunday, unless you choose to run your game in the '24 Hour' gaming room that we will have available.

The convention is run by a core of eight people with the support of many, many others, however these staff members do need to sleep at some point and getting up earlier or staying later up later is not always an option.

If it turns out you cannot run the event you submitted as planned let us know as quickly as possible so we can remove it from the website. If you continuously submit and withdraw events we reserve the right to have the goon squad pay you a visit.
